Swimming Lesson Payment and Forms due Wednesday 6 September

Last Updated: 18/08/2017

Swimming Lesson forms have been sent home this week. Additional forms can be obtained from Admin office upon request.

Swimming is an important life skill and the Department of Education provides the lessons free of charge to all Pre-Primary and Primary school students.  Transport costs and pool entry fees however are not provided, this means there is a cost of $50.00 per student to cover the bus fare and pool entry.

Please complete the three forms (permission form. medical information form and interm swimming enrolment form) and return to your child's classroom teacher with payment of $50.00. Payment and completed forms must be returned by Wednesday 6 September 2017.

Instalments can be made through the Admin office if this is helpful for parents, please keep in mind that payment must be paid in full by Wednesday 6 September to allow your child to participate in this excursion.

Direct Debit can be used for payment of swimming money. Please contact the Admin office for BSB and account numbers. Ensure your child/en's names are used as the reference as this identifies you on the bank statement.

Since we will be on a tight schedule, it is important your child is well prepared.  Students will need to:-

  1. come to school wearing their bathers underneath their school uniform;
  2. bring a towel and underwear in a plastic bag (please label your child's items); and
  3. bring appropriate footwear.

Students will wrap their towel around them for the return trip and change into their dry clothes at school.

Thank you for your support.
